Walter Reynolds founded WREYNOLDS, LLC in 2015.
We are a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) incorporated in Maryland.
Initially serving Alabama, Maryland, and Oklahoma with single family housing, we are expanding in areas of opportunity while meeting the needs of the community and continue to earn a reputation of trustworthiness, quality, and integrity in everything we do. We remain committed to higher standards in every person we serve and every project that is executed.

OUR MISSION
WREYNOLDS build stable communities and access to opportunity through affordable housing. We acquire, develop and manage rental property that will offer easy accessibility to major employment, entertainment, dinning, shopping, social services and transit in growing cities across the United States. We are seeking to grow the rental housing by helping other non-profit organizations meet their demands.

We serve the full spectrum of people in need of quality and affordable housing to service disabled veterans, homelessness, people with special needs, seniors, low-income families, young people just starting their career, and people seeking the American Dream of economic prosperity.
STRATEGIC OUTCOME
We are working to build a more humane world where poverty is alleviated, communities are healthy and all people can develop to their full potential. We believe that providing quality and affordable housing can improve the economic status of residents, revitalize neighborhoods and stabilize lives. To preserve affordable rental housing, we will be acquiring and renovating existing single and multi-family housing to create stable communities, which will enrich the lives and the communities they call home.
